This Mediablaster® has an operator work port designed for ease of access with the highest possible inlet velocity using velocity port design. Inside port brushes are used to support and hold the outside slit-rubber curtain with a clear open wrist area between the brushes in the center of the high-velocity work port. The slit rubber curtain is pulled against the brushes closing off the horizontal port. Non-metallic composition bar grates are used to protect the parts.

The patented abrasive separator reclaimer is 100% effective on 50-micron, (220), abrasive size and the included pneumatic pot loading vibration circuit helps with fine abrasive re-load back into the pressure pot.

CrystalBlast Artist Station Configurations

Front and side access door combinations can be ordered eliminating the standard single front access door commonly used for part panel loading.

Standard machine configuration for this model is 120-volt single phase electrical using a single 220-square foot cartridge filter with 700 cfm blower and pneumatic vibrator cleaning cycle. An optional high voltage single power source electrical package is available with the upgraded 440 dual cartridge dust collector. This dual cartridge upgrade can include the 2 hp 1100 cfm blower assembly with high voltage Single Power Source Electrical or simply double the dust collector filter area using the standard 700 cfm blower.

Processing large panels can be a messy, unsafe task when you are using a simple protection hood. For this reason, we offer an optional negative pressure HEPA after filter with magnahelic monitor gauge. It can be added to the upgraded dual filter dust collector with 2 hp blower assembly.
