Siphon Micro or Direct Pressure Micro?

Siphon Micro

Siphon Micro

SELECT SIPHON
  • Ideal for cleaning surfaces
  • All these models include the one button reverse pulse dust collector cleaning cycle standard.
  • Blower silencer and reverse pulse cleaning using cartridge filtration
  • Ideal choice for small rooms, labs and home studios when you need the cleanest possible dust collector. These units all include a negative pressure dust collector, 100% welded with dust storage hopper and a blower on the clean side with blower silencer.

Siphon Micro Machines use a simple injector siphon gun for abrasive delivery. Micro models need smaller abrasive flow controls but not smaller machine features.

If you want clean operation with all the features found on Industrial models look to the Precision Etch model for micro flow control when processing those smaller parts or when you only have limited compressed air available.

Direct Pressure Micro

Direct Pressure Micro

SELECT DIRECT PRESSURE
  • Focus the abrasive in a much smaller nozzle pattern for greater frictional heat and blind-hole cleaning
  • Recycle and reuse abrasive down to 50 micron (220 mesh)
  • Can execute part cleaning and de-burring
  • Negative pressure dust collector with hopper dust storage
  • Blower silencer and reverse pulse cleaning using cartridge filtration
  • Ideal choice for small rooms, labs and studios when you need the cleanest possible dust collector. These units all include a negative pressure dust collector, 100% welded with dust storage hopper and a blower on the clean side with blower silencer.

Direct Pressure machines use a pressure vessel to pneumatically push the blast media through a single abrasive hose and out the blast nozzle to create faster abrasive velocity.

All our pressure machines use an ASME coded pressure pot with pot access service port. Because the direct pressure system pneumatically pushes the blast media, the abrasive has no weight making it possible to blast with very heavy abrasives.
