Custom / Specialty Machines

In addition to the large line of Standard and Custom machinery, Media Blast offers the Special Line of equipment. One-of-a-kind’s, new designs and unique part handling options are also categories that are included in the Special Machinery Line. This type of machinery is created when a dialog between Media Blast and the customer occurs to produce a one-of-a-kind machine proposal designed for maximum part production based on customer supplied information. Shown below are a few typical machines built for special part handling or processing parts at production rates specified by the customer.

Most of the equipment includes specifically sized dust collectors and blower assemblies to maintain performance and operation of the equipment based on an 8-hour production day. Often times the collector needs to be oversized to permit operation based on double or triple shifts.
