The Space Saver HD is another one of our light duty siphon machines. Like the Hobby Blast, it requires a relatively small volume of compressed air, it’s simple to operate and economically priced. If your parts are small and processing time is not a factor, light duty blasters like the Space Saver HD are the perfect tools to have when that special job comes up that requires blast cleaning.

The Space Saver HD has a larger work area than the Hobby Blast. It is a freestanding, top loading cabinet, with 8-inch diameter work ports for ease of operation. It also includes a 1/2 HP, 330 CFM Exhaust Blower & Abrasive Separator Reclaimer. These features create better cabinet visibility and cleaner blasting media, which also allows for the use of larger blast guns.

The difference is in the design. Our Light Duty HD Series machines include the Separator Reclaimer for cleaning the abrasive, a 330 CFM Exhaust Blower for cabinet visibility and the economical Tubular Dust Collector for efficient operation and ease of maintenance. Don't be fooled by manufacturers whose cabinets use vacuum cleaner blowers on their dust collector because, there’s nothing more disappointing than purchasing a tool to do a job and then finding out it won’t do the job you need it to do!

We also offer a Space Saver model without the HD Kit. We remove the Blower, Separator Reclaimer, Tubular dust collector bag and the Removable dust collection bucket so you can use your own shop vacuum as the dust collector. You can always purchase and add the HD kit at a later date, if you find that the shop vacuum doesn’t quite do the job for you.

Warning:	NEVER USE A POOR QUALITY LOW RECYCLE ABRASIVE OR SILICA SAND IN ANY MEDIA BLAST EQUIPMENT.  THE RAPID AND CONTINUOUS BREAKDOWN OF POOR QUALITY ABRASIVES, WILL REDUCE CABINET VISIBILITY AND OVERLOAD THE DUST COLLECTOR ON ANY BLASTING MACHINE.  SILICA SAND CAN BE A HEALTH HAZARD WHEN USED IN ANY BLASTING CABINET AND THE USE OF SILICA SAND VOIDS THE WARRANTY ON ALL MEDIA BLAST EQUIPMENT.
