The Viper HD rounds out our light duty siphon machine line. Although the Viper has the largest cabinet in our light duty line, it still requires a relatively small volume of compressed air like the Hobby Blast and Space Saver HD. It is very simple to operate and very economical to own. The Viper HD is the ideal tool if your parts are small and processing time is not a factor.

Because the Viper is 42-inches wide, with an access door on each side of the cabinet, you get great flexibility for placement of the machine to give you the best possible layout for every shop or garage application. The Viper also comes in a standard model which does not include the HD Kit. You use your own shop vacuum for the dust collector but, you can always purchase and add the HD Kit at a later date for added performance.

The HD kit consists of a 1/2 HP, 330 CFM Exhaust Blower, an Abrasive Separator Reclaimer and a Tubular dust bag with a removable 5-gallon dust storage container. This kit turns both the Viper and Space Saver standard models into the HD models.

The difference in the design of the standard models versus the HD models in our light duty line is very similar but, with the HD series, Media Blast includes the Separator Reclaimer for cleaning of the abrasive, the 330 CFM Exhaust Blower for improved cabinet visibility and the economical Tubular Dust Collector for efficient operation and ease of maintenance. With the standard models, your shop vacuum becomes your dust collector. Don't be fooled by other manufactures cabinets that operate using vacuum cleaner blowers on their dust collectors, you could end up very disappointed!

Warning:	NEVER USE A POOR QUALITY LOW RECYCLE ABRASIVE OR SILICA SAND IN ANY MEDIA BLAST EQUIPMENT.  THE RAPID AND CONTINUOUS BREAKDOWN OF POOR QUALITY ABRASIVES, WILL REDUCE CABINET VISIBILITY AND OVERLOAD THE DUST COLLECTOR ON ANY BLASTING MACHINE.  SILICA SAND CAN BE A HEALTH HAZARD WHEN USED IN ANY BLASTING CABINET AND THE USE OF SILICA SAND VOIDS THE WARRANTY ON ALL MEDIA BLAST EQUIPMENT.
