We designed our Shop Standard line of blast cabinets for the person who needs a blast cabinet that cleans fast and efficiently but, on a non-production basis. (non-production operation is defined as operation of a blast cabinet for less than 1 hour per day.) The Shop Standard is a dry siphon blast machine with industrial durability and design features, at very affordable prices. It is built for use with larger sized blast guns, which results in faster part cleaning, in non-production environments. Our exclusive airflow and filtration system not only reduces costly abrasive waste, it also increases valuable operator visibility inside the cabinet.

The Shop Standard includes the unique Media Miser Separator Reclaimer for removing unwanted dust and spent abrasive from the cabinet, while reclaiming the maximum amount of abrasive for reuse.

Our built in exhaust blower produces 30 cabinet air changes per minute, which improves operator efficiency and cabinet visibility. If your work load requires blast cleaning for an hour or less per day but, speed of cleaning is important, then the Shop Standard is the perfect machine.

NOTE: Standard Features are included with every model. Available Features can be added at additional cost. Available Features marked with a •• can be bolted-on to house inventory prior to machine shipment. Other Available Features require custom machine work and may increase machine delivery time.

Compressor:	Many single and two stage air compressors, 5 HP to 7 ½ HP, are capable of supplying up to 25 CFM of air volume.  Compressors vary greatly, so check specifications on your compressor for HP and CFM output. For more information on compressor selection see Air Basics.

Common Abrasives Used:	Glass Bead, Aluminum Oxide
Warning:	NEVER USE A POOR QUALITY LOW RECYCLE ABRASIVE OR SILICA SAND IN ANY MEDIA BLAST EQUIPMENT.  THE RAPID AND CONTINUOUS BREAKDOWN OF POOR QUALITY ABRASIVES, WILL REDUCE CABINET VISIBILITY AND OVERLOAD THE DUST COLLECTOR ON ANY BLASTING MACHINE.  SILICA SAND CAN BE A HEALTH HAZARD WHEN USED IN ANY BLASTING CABINET AND THE USE OF SILICA SAND VOIDS THE WARRANTY ON ALL MEDIA BLAST EQUIPMENT.
Paint Specs:	Environmentally Friendly High Grade Polyurethane High Gloss Paint. Standard colors MBA Beige and High Gloss White. Custom color matches and Powder Coating available per customer supplied color sample. Call for pricing.
