In lieu of applications requiring micro direct pressure type machines, many applications today operate using a siphon type delivery, simply put, siphon is very easy to operate and very easy to maintain. While the PrecisionEtch operates using smaller gun sizes, micro, the machine features are larger than some production machines offered in the market today.

The frictional heat and concentrated abrasive pattern created by a direct pressure system is much greater than that of a siphon style machine. Siphon machines create a wider abrasive pattern and are normally faster than direct pressure for surface de-burring and or part surface blending.

Many exclusive and patented features from the Media Blast micro machines are included on our PrecisionEtch machine. This makes it one of the cleanest running micro siphon systems available in the market today!

The PrecisionEtch machine is a siphon machine designed to meet today's ever changing needs. You operate all ERGO models of this machine while seated. The 550 cfm exhaust blower and exhaust silencer on this unit provide almost one air change per second inside the cabinet for guaranteed visibility and quiet, clean operation for many years to come. Abrasive won’t transfer into the dust collector because, we have equipped this machine with our pneumatic Separator reclaimer that cleans the abrasive and recycles it back inside the cabinet. We have included a door that doesn't drop abrasive on the floor when it's opened. Exhaust air, is filtered by a 110 square foot cartridge filter that is nearly HEPA quality, down to .5 microns.

All ERGO models operate the dust collector cleaning cycle from the front of the machine, while seated, using the reverse pulse cleaning assembly. We have mounted a dust tight fluorescent light enclosure inside the cabinet. Our safety glass view window includes a replaceable protector glass, to help protect the view window from being damaged during blasting. The abrasive flow control valve is located within easy reach for fast, simple adjustments.

If you are installing your new machine into an area with small doorway access, Media Blast offers the 3024 model that will allow access through a standard 36-inch doorway completely assembled, without having to remove the dust collector.

SILICA SAND CAN BE A HEALTH HAZARD WHEN USED IN ANY BLASTING CABINET AND THE USE OF SILICA SAND VOIDS THE WARRANTY ON ALL MEDIA BLAST EQUIPMENT.
