We designed the PrecisionBlast Direct Pressure machine to meet today's needs for total ergonomics and cleanliness. The many exclusive and patented features on this machine make it the most versatile, comfortable and cleanest running system, available in the industry today. You operate the machine from the front while seated. To maintain critical cabinet visibility and prevent abrasive escape, this unit comes with a 550 cfm Exhaust Blower with an Exhaust Silencer for super quite operation. During operation, abrasive can't transfer into the dust collector because, the machine is equipped with a pneumatic Separator Reclaimer that cleans the abrasive and recycles it back inside the cabinet. You load the abrasive into the pot from the front of the machine while seated because, we designed into the pot, a spring loaded closure assembly and a single 3-way valve which also allows you to depressurize the pot from the front. This machine includes a door with all the required Safety Door Interlocks and it won’t drop abrasive on the floor when it's opened. We have equipped this unit with a 110 square foot Cartridge Filter that is nearly HEPA quality in filtration, down to .5 Microns. The dust collector is cleaned while seated by using the reverse pulse cleaning assembly. All serviceable parts (nozzles, hoses, filters) can be removed without tools. A dust tight fluorescent light fixture is located inside the cabinet. The safety glass view window comes with a protector glass located inside the cabinet, to prevent the operator view window from being etched, which impairs visibility. The abrasive flow is controlled by compressed air with no control valve to wear out.

The PrecisionBlast is today's total ergonomic technology for clean, efficient and truly comfortable operation. The machine operator can blast parts, refill the blast pot, clean the dust collector and adjust the abrasive flow, all while seated at the ergonomically designed cabinet with padded armrest.

If you are installing your new machine in a room with a small doorway, Media Blast also offers the 3024 model that will allow access through a standard 36-inch doorway, without having to remove the dust collector.

THE RAPID AND CONTINUOUS BREAKDOWN OF POOR QUALITY ABRASIVES, WILL REDUCE CABINET VISIBILITY AND OVERLOAD THE DUST COLLECTOR ON ANY BLASTING MACHINE. SILICA SAND CAN BE A HEALTH HAZARD WHEN USED IN ANY BLASTING CABINET AND THE USE OF SILICA SAND VOIDS THE WARRANTY ON ALL MEDIA BLAST EQUIPMENT.
