Description:

Our N-200 Siphon Blast Machine is designed for production operation (we consider production operation to be 1 or more hours of daily usage of the blast machine). The dust collector on this machine is negative pressure with an easy to clean dust storage hopper. Negative pressure operation of the dust collector ensures longer duty cycles, a cleaner work area and longer blower service life. We use a replaceable cartridge style filter that has over 200 Sq. Ft. of filter surface area. This setup eliminates the need for costly factory service on the dust collector, which results in savings of both time and money. The dust collector also comes with a pneumatic vibrating cleaning assembly for effortless cleaning. This dust collector's capacity to store dust, along with the ease of service, is what makes this machine the right choice for production operations. In addition, larger dust collectors are available for even longer production requirements.

A 40 degree top is standard on the N-200 Siphon Blast Cabinet for general part cleaning. We do offer an expanded height cabinet top with a reduced window slope for taller parts that require additional inside cabinet height.

Compressor:	Standard gun size in the N-200 is 3/8" nozzle using 46 cfm @ 80 psi. Smaller and larger gun sizes are available to operate using smaller air compressor or reduce the processing time. Compressors vary greatly, check specification on your compressor for HP and or CFM output. For more information on compressor selection see Air Basics.

Common Abrasives Used:	Glass Bead, Aluminum Oxide, Silicon Carbide and Plastic
Warning:	NEVER USE A POOR QUALITY LOW RECYCLE ABRASIVE OR SILICA SAND IN ANY MEDIA BLAST EQUIPMENT. THE RAPID AND CONTINUOUS BREAKDOWN OF POOR QUALITY ABRASIVES, WILL REDUCE CABINET VISIBILITY AND OVERLOAD THE DUST COLLECTOR ON ANY BLASTING MACHINE. SILICA SAND CAN BE A HEALTH HAZARD WHEN USED IN ANY BLASTING CABINET AND THE USE OF SILICA SAND VOIDS THE WARRANTY ON ALL MEDIA BLAST EQUIPMENT.
Paint Specs:	Environmentally Friendly High Grade Polyurethane High Gloss Paint. Standard colors MBA Beige and High Gloss White. Custom color matches and Powder Coating available per customer supplied color sample. Call for pricing.
