Description:
An N-200 Cyclone is one of the most effective designs possible to control and recover fine abrasive media. Fine abrasive, can cause visibility problems, mixing valve feed problems and high abrasive usage rates. By removing the abrasive from the cabinet and storing it in the outside storage hopper, you create the best possible cabinet visibility and it also helps to dry and fluff the abrasive, yielding a more uniform abrasive flow. Because the cyclone design is so efficient, the abrasive consumption of this machine is unsurpassed. When you couple the high efficiency Cyclone with a negative pressure cartridge filter dust collector like the N-200 Cyclone has, you have one of the most advanced designs available for Fine Abrasive use. Increasing visibility, reducing moisture and abrasive usage are all important benefits received when using the N-200 Cyclone Machine.
The dust collector on this machine is negative pressure with an easy to clean dust storage hopper. Negative pressure operation of the dust collector ensures longer duty cycles, a cleaner work area and longer blower service life. We use a replaceable cartridge style filter with either 220 or 440 square feet of filter surface area. This setup eliminates the need for costly factory service on the dust collector, which results in savings of both time and money. The dust collector also comes with a pneumatic vibrating cleaning assembly for effortless cleaning. This dust collector's capacity to store dust, along with the ease of service, is what makes this machine the right choice for production operations.
We also offer larger dust collector setups when extended machine operations are required.
The N-200 Cyclone siphon blast cabinet is available with the standard 40 degree cabinet top (shown at right) for general part cleaning, or you can get the expanded cabinet top with the reduced window slope for taller parts that require additional inside cabinet height.
