Description:

Not all applications require a complete machine but, they do require a cabinet that can be used with an existing operation to improve media containment and ensure clean machine operation. The MicroBlast machine includes all the features listed on the PrecisionBlast and PrecisionEtch machines but, you supply the air controls and abrasive delivery system. The MicroBlast unit can be used with any existing Siphon or Direct Pressure delivery system and this includes all pencil blasting units.

Many exclusive and patented features from Media Blast are included on the MicroBlast machine. This makes it the most advanced and cleanest operating system available in the market today!

To maintain critical cabinet visibility and prevent abrasive escape, this unit comes with a 550 cfm Exhaust Blower with an Exhaust Silencer for super quite operation. During operation, abrasive can't transfer into the dust collector because, the machine is equipped with a pneumatic Separator Reclaimer that cleans the abrasive and recycles it back inside the cabinet. Our exclusive door design won’t drop abrasive on the floor when it's opened.

We have equipped this unit with a 110 square foot Cartridge Filter that is nearly HEPA quality in filtration, down to .5 Microns. The dust collector is cleaned by using the reverse pulse cleaning assembly. The safety glass view window comes with a protector glass located inside the cabinet, to prevent the operator view window from being etched, which impairs visibility. A dust tight fluorescent light fixture is located inside the cabinet. The easy discharge slide gate assembly permits draining of the collected abrasive for pot, siphon or pressure generator re-fill.

The MicroBlast is today's technology for clean, efficient, and comfortable operation. It can be easily moved into the home studio or factory for hookup to your existing abrasive delivery system to produce a clean efficient workspace for years to come.

If you are installing your new machine in a room with a small doorway, Media Blast also offers the 3024 model that will allow access through a standard 36-inch doorway, without having to remove the dust collector.

Warning: NEVER USE A POOR QUALITY LOW RECYCLE ABRASIVE OR SILICA SAND IN ANY MEDIA BLAST EQUIPMENT. THE RAPID AND CONTINUOUS BREAKDOWN OF POOR QUALITY ABRASIVES, WILL REDUCE CABINET VISIBILITY AND OVERLOAD THE DUST COLLECTOR ON ANY BLASTING MACHINE. SILICA SAND CAN BE A HEALTH HAZARD WHEN USED IN ANY BLASTING CABINET AND THE USE OF SILICA SAND VOIDS THE WARRANTY ON ALL MEDIA BLAST EQUIPMENT.
