The PrecisionBlast is a direct pressure (
) machine
designed to meet today’s needs. Operate
the machine from the front while seated...you
can also load small parts through the glove holes
because the gloves are not attached … also
included is a 550 cfm exhaust blower () and exhaust
blower silencer (). These features prevent abrasive
escape during operation... abrasive can’t
transfer into the dust collector because the machine
is equipped with pneumatic separator reclaimer () that cleans the abrasive and keeps it inside the
cabinet...you load abrasive into the pot from
the front while seated because the pot includes
a spring loaded closure assembly and a single
3-way valve that also allows you to depressurize
the pot from the front. The machine includes a
door that doesn't drop abrasive on the floor when
it’s opened and all required safety door
interlocks ()...the machine is equipped with a 110
square foot cartridge filter () that is almost HEPA
quality in filtration, .5 micron ()...the dust collector
is cleaned while seated using the reverse pulse
cleaning () assembly...all parts that require service
are removed without tools to include nozzles,
hoses, filters, etc...the light is located inside
the cabinet and is a dust tight fluorescent fixture...the
safety glass () view window has a protector glass
() located inside the cabinet to protect the operator
view window...the abrasive flow is controlled
by compressed air with no control valve to wear
out...
