MODEL: N-200 Cyclone (Siphon Blast – Production Cabinet)

The Cyclone equipped machine is one of the most effective designs for controlling and recovering fine abrasive media. Fine abrasive will often cause visibility problems, mixing valve feed problems or high abrasive usage rates. Removing the abrasive from the cabinet and storing it in the outside storage hopper creates the best possible cabinet visibility and also helps dry and fluff the abrasive, yielding a more uniform abrasive flow. As a result of the efficiency of the Cyclone the abrasive consumption of this unit is truly the lowest possible. Couple the high efficiency cyclone with the negative pressure cartridge filter dust collector and you have one of the most advanced designs possible for fine abrasive use. Reducing moisture, increasing visibility and reducing abrasive usage are all important benefits created by using the Cyclone Machine.

In addition even larger dust collectors are available to allow even longer machine operation.

The N-200 Cyclone Siphon Blast Cabinet is available with standard 45 degree top for general part cleaning, or the expanded top reduced window slope for taller parts that require additional inside cabinet height.
