Wet blasters are intended for applications where a chemically clean surface is required or when excessive frictional heat must be eliminated. The Hurricane uses a slurry pump to produce a slurry mixture of abrasive and water to cool, cushion and slow the abrasive cutting action. The slurry mixture enables the use of finer abrasive media. The Hurricane is available in three sizes and all models are stainless steel construction.
