The CrystalBlast Pioneer Pressure was designed to fill the needs of two distinctive markets. First, it's an entry-level sandblasting cabinet with all the features needed to get you sand carving with a low investment and lots of standard features. Second, it's a small, easily cleaned cabinet size for facilities that need more than one machine but less than two. This model is beneficial when you want to operate using a different size abrasive and or the application has a high amount of contamination present; commonly found with stone and brick sluffing grog, grog is the granular material used to strengthen clay.
This Mediablaster® requires an industrial vacuum for the dust collector, not supplied. Optional dust collectors are available with one of two models, both models include a large 110 square foot Media Blast® vacuum dust collectors which comes complete with vacuum blower silencers and 100% welded cabinet construction.
Use this machine during high-volume months to help with increased production needs without investing in another higher cost cabinet.

We recommend a 220-volt single-phase electrical power supply for the air compressor. Pro Tip: Never buy a compressor using the displacement cfm number, always use the second cfm volume number listed with 90-100 psi inside the tank, because tank pressure reduces performance.
