Unique to the CrystalBlast® Elite 2.0 is the side mounted dust collector and 700 cfm exhaust blower. The patented separator reclaimer prevents the loss of even the smallest abrasive. This includes the 50-micron 220 mesh commonly used for half-tone sand carving. This is the only Sandcarving machine that changes the air inside the cabinet one time every second. The patented separator will not allow the smallest of abrasives to be removed from the cabinet. It also aerates the fine abrasive to keep it flowing. The 110-square foot MERV tested cartridge filter with Air Pulse Cleaning Cycle and Pneumatic Vibrator Cleaning Cycle makes cleaning the filter as easy as the push of a button or flick of the air switch.
In addition to the advanced LED cabinet lighting, the Elite 2.0 sand blasting cabinet also includes the LED part inspection back lighting. To save time by allowing part inspection before the part is removed from the cabinet separate light switch is included . Media Blast introduced the high-pressure, long wear Industrial pinch valve along with other innovative features in 2003.

We recommend a 220-volt single-phase electrical power supply for the compressor. Air compressors vary greatly, check the cfm output on the compressor being used or visit Air Basics for more information on compressor selection. Pro Tip: Never buy a compressor using the displacement cfm number, always use the second cfm volume number listed with 90-100 psi inside the tank, because tank pressure reduces performance.
