Abrasive
Reclaimers
are used to recycle and clean
the abrasive during machine operation.
Worn abrasive and dust are sent
to the dust collector for disposal,
usable abrasive is recycled into
the machine storage hopper for
re-use.
Internal reclaimers are most effective
on 150-mesh abrasive and larger.
All MBA Internal Reclaimers are
bolt on and replaceable in minutes.

External
Abrasive Reclaimers (aka
cyclone separators) are used when
the abrasive is fine, 150 mesh and
finer. The ability to contain the
abrasive is unique to this type
of high efficiency separator. This
type of separator can also be used
to pneumatically convey larger abrasive
when attached to larger cabinets.
External separators help dry the
abrasive and introduce air into
the abrasive mix for proper abrasive
flow to the gun.
External Reclaimers are also used
when specialty abrasive is needed,
plastic
or soda.
Using this type of separator will
produce the smallest abrasive usage
in pounds per hour.
