Choosing Micro or Macro Production Level

Designed for applications that require focused particle impact on specific locations on the part, small cavity blasting or detailed part de-burring using the direct pressure abrasive delivery system. This type of equipment is built for all day operation with ergonomically designed sit-down and stand-up cabinets.

Choose this type of equipment for small area processing using as little as 5 cfm.

 

 

Choose Macro Nozzle direct pressure cabinets when blasting time counts. These machines operate with up to 150 cfm of compressed air and create the greatest amount of frictional heat on the part surface. All large nozzle direct pressure machines are equipped with production dust collectors and a long list of standard feature making operation easy.

Available in cabinet sizes up to ten feet wide. The blast nozzle is the air orifice and determines how much compressed air the machine needs to operate. Nozzle sizes 3/16 to 3/8 are available.
