MODEL: BLIZZARD (Soda Blast Cabinet)

The Blizzard Soda () Blast Machine is a medium to high production () machine designed for operation with bicarbonate (baking soda) and wheat starch abrasives. Baking Soda abrasive will typically not alter the surface of the substrate being blasted and lends the unique ability to remove oil and grease contaminants. Superior visibility is a hallmark feature of this system.

All Blizzard machines are complete less the soda abrasive delivery system listed as a machine option. This allows the purchase of the machine to correct the conditions that exist when using soda. Dust collector maintenance and cabinet visibility are two difficult conditions that often need correction. In addition the equipment can be purchased with an optional direct pressure () soda delivery system () creating a complete soda blasting system.

The Media Blast high efficiency negative pressure cyclone-() separator is responsible for preventing the soda from entering the dust collector by diverting the used soda into the contained used soda storage container.

The standard machine does not include the soda delivery system but is available as an add-on option.

All Blizzard Soda Machines are manufactured less the soda delivery system allowing purchase of the machinery to correct the conditions that exist when using soda, dust collector maintenance and cabinet visibility, and still using any existing soda delivery systems.
