The AquaBlast Pro Washout is just one of a great line of our washout Mediablasters. The patented AquaBlast® lineup consists of three (3) patented Mediablaster® machines each designed for a specific need. The Pro is a production capacity unit with our new patented design saving up to 80% on water usage and processing film faster than the competition for a lot less cost. The Pro blast cabinet is also simple to install using 120-volt, single-phase electricity and the patented pressurized design with no messy water holding tank to slop over, overflow and simply lose heat and increase water heating cost.
The AquaBlast® Pro film washout machine design using the *patented enclosed pressurized washout system and is capable of film washout at half the time of the competition. This results in operation requiring only 2.5 gallons of water per minute.
The AquaBlast Pro blasting cabinet was designed for mid-sized facilities using 1 to 4 each 100' rolls per month. The Pro model will process any volume and process all day, but the faster Elite 2.0 model with larger drum area and highest fastest processing pressure would be a better choice for higher production, saving labor time just makes better dollar sense.
